He killed music teacher and fellow associate Gary Hinman on July 27, 1969, and has been imprisoned since his arrest for that crime. He was an aspiring musician and actor at the time that he murdered Hinman."

I read an interview with Anger where he more or less hinted heavy that the curse he placed on Beausoleil (because of the stolen film) had directly led to the satanic downfall of Manson Family 60's kills.
The jump from his Magick Movies and Hollywood Babylon books to his late public video releases is downright perplexing.
